Overview
In this role you will lead the EHS strategy for a manufacturing site and build a scalable framework that can be rolled out across UK and international sites. You will sit on the Site Leadership Team, drive compliance, culture, and environmental performance, and establish governance for a global EHS management system. You will tackle risk reduction and operational integration while shaping a strong safety and sustainability agenda. This is a hands-on leadership position with clear impact on culture and operational excellence.
Pay / Benefits

Key requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
- Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
- Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation
- Experience conducting investigations
