In this role you will lead delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects within the interiors division, ensuring quality and timeliness for Cat A and Cat B schemes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to maintain relationships and drive project success in London and Hertfordshire. The position sits inside a long-standing contractor with a strong reputation, handling projects from £250k to £5m for diverse private and public clients. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end interior fit-out projects for Cat A & Cat B up to £5m
• Oversee project delivery, coordination, and quality across schemes
• Maintain and grow client relationships, identify potential new clients and contacts
• Work on projects in London and Hertfordshire with cross-functional teams
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule targets

Key requirements

• Track record delivering high-end interior fit-out projects for a reputable main contractor
• Experience overseeing Cat A & Cat B projects up to £5m
