As a Private Client Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload in a forward-thinking firm, handling wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration while supporting Court of Protection matters. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
- Handle estate administration and tax issues
- Support clients with Court of Protection matters
- Provide high-quality client service with attention to detail
- Collaborate with and mentor junior staff
Key requirements
- At least 3 years of PQE
- Experience in wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration
