Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you drive end-to-end delivery for Blockchain Engineering across New York and Hong Kong. You bring structure to ambiguity, coordinate globally distributed teams, and ensure timely, quality outcomes. You’ll advance delivery maturity, leverage AI to boost performance, and translate technical nuance into clear executive updates. This role sits at the intersection of finance, blockchain infra, and AI, helping Galaxy scale impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery across Blockchain Engineering teams and support the Head of Blockchain Engineering
  • Lead end-to-end intake, scoping, and prioritization of new workstreams with tech leads, product, and stakeholders
  • Maintain a global view of resourcing and delivery, highlighting conflicts and gaps
  • Manage complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, including dependencies and stakeholder coordination
  • Create and maintain status dashboards and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure JIRA/tooling reflects accurate project states
  • Provide concise status updates to senior leadership and Head of Blockchain Engineering
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams (infrastructure, security, controls) on dependencies
  • Identify blockers and risks early, driving resolution across time zones and teams
  • Chase vendor updates, resolve cross-team dependencies, and keep commitments on track
  • Evolve delivery processes and tooling to improve maturity and productivity, embracing AI tools

Key requirements

  • 7+ years of Technical Program Management with hands-on engineering delivery experience
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across time zones
  • Experience managing intake, triage, scope, and prioritization with tech leads
  • Ability to track resource allocation and surface workload gaps early
  • Fluency with delivery tooling (JIRA, dashboards, docs) and creating executive visibility
  • Strong communication skills with ability to produce concise weekly updates for senior stakeholders
  • Independent, proactive, accountable work style with bias for action
  • Ability to engage deeply with technical projects—understand architecture and dependencies
  • Based in London, able to bridge NYC and HK execution
