Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will lead a major, multi-phase residential development in Hertfordshire, delivering 1000+ units for a prominent UK housebuilder. You will oversee commercial activities, report to the Commercial Manager, and manage a small team including an Assistant and Commercial Administrator. The position sits in a busy regional office and supports ongoing live developments across the North London and Northern Home Counties area. Responsibilities

• Lead a major multi-phase residential development project (1000+ units) in Hertfordshire
• Manage commercial activities and reporting lines to the Commercial Manager
• Oversee and develop a small team including an Assistant and Commercial Administrator
• Ensure commercial viability and governance across live developments
• Coordinate with subcontractors and main contracts to deliver on time and budget
