Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-level AI models and data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives
• Tune and optimize AI models for accuracy and efficiency across applications
• Evaluate third-party AI solutions for performance, scalability, and business fit
• Establish and enforce coding standards for robust, clean code
• Collaborate with Software Engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to define requirements and development roadmaps

Key requirements

• Extensive experience applying data science methods with a track record of deploying AI to production
• Strong statistical analysis skills with a foundation in probability
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS) and deployment practices
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Desirable: working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring)
