Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the UK & Ireland strategy and operating model
  • Drive sustainable growth and long-term enterprise value
  • Lead a multi-site, 1,000+ person workforce and an established executive team
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, accountable culture
  • Translate strategic vision into scalable operational execution
  • Navigate complexity and manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Shape governance, customer focus, and leadership excellence
  • Lead transformation and capability-building initiatives
  • Collaborate with the European leadership team to align with broader priorities

Key requirements

  • Proven track record as Managing Director, CEO, Divisional President, or equivalent in large-scale B2B services or similar environments
  • Significant P&L responsibility and experience managing dispersed, multi-location operations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation
  • Strong leadership of diverse stakeholder groups and an authentic, trust-building leadership style
