Client Side Quantity Surveyor | Events & Venues | UK-Wide Projects

Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor on client side, you will lead commercial management for refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. You’ll partner with site teams and contractors to drive cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts, while maintaining robust contractual documentation. You will own projects from inception through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes. This role offers hands-on site involvement within the live entertainment sector and opportunities to influence project success at scale.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Collaborate with contractors and site teams
• Handle valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts
• Manage contractual and commercial documentation
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to delivery
• Support projects through construction and delivery

Key requirements

• Strong QS / commercial construction background
• Experience across refurbishment, fit-out or similar projects
• Comfortable working with contractors and on site
• Ability to work independently with minimal intervention
• Willingness to travel across the UK
