Overview

In this role you will drive growth for Osprey and Hydro Flask across EMEA by entering new markets and expanding distributor networks. You’ll build scalable market footprints, boost brand presence, and create profitable account partnerships with agents and distributors. Collaboration with European Sales, Marketing, and Operations will shape local plans, product opportunities, and forecasting. This is an impact-focused role in a global growth initiative that rewards strategic, hands-on market development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and onboard opportunities from qualification to onboarding while sustaining a visible sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents and distributors as the primary commercial contact in developing regions
  • Drive regional growth, establish scalable market footprints, and translate strategies into distributor plans
  • Create business plans and must-win SKU–customer combinations; implement distributor strategies
  • Share market insights and performance data to support forecasting, CRM accuracy, and decision-making
  • Coordinate with European Sales and Marketing to meet targets and propose local product opportunities
  • Execute the commercial strategy to increase revenue and improve profitability in priority regions
  • Lead annual regional planning, forecasts, and product launches; manage pricing and contract documentation
  • Oversee sales operations (logistics, ordering, quality) with Customer Service
  • Develop category budgets with the line manager and deploy them across markets
  • Identify, open, and develop new markets in EMEA for Osprey and Hydro Flask
  • Mentor and train distributors on new products; manage partnerships and performance
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations in new regions
  • Provide market feedback to shape regional and brand strategies
  • Manage distributors in emerging regions and assess new growth opportunities

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in Sport, Outdoor, Travel + Lifestyle sales channel
  • Strong knowledge of the Sales Agencies/Distributor business
  • Understanding of cost, profit/loss, and strong planning skills
  • Experience in selling premium concepts using category management and retail tools
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Digital/e-commerce experience
  • Experience with Oracle or sales databases is a plus
  • Native language of the region + fluent in English
  • Authorized to work in the United Kingdom full-time
  • Full professional fluency in English
