Overview
In this role, you will support and advance Hines’ global client servicing and relationship management for institutional and high‑net‑worth investors in the EMEA region. You’ll collaborate with the EMEA team and Global Investor Relations on cross‑regional initiatives, ensuring transparent, high‑quality communication and long‑term investor retention. You will prepare investor materials, oversee onboarding, and support reporting and fundraising activities. The position offers exposure to diverse investor types and a fast‑paced, impact‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational, analytical, and strategic Investor Relations activities
- Communicate with investors about fund performance, structure, and strategy
- Draft investor materials, reports, presentations, and responses to enquiries
- Oversee onboarding for EMEA‑domiciled institutional investors
- Manage regular investor communications, reporting cycles, and queries
- Contribute to Investor Portal maintenance and material distribution
- Provide analytical support for investor reporting, fundraising materials, and portfolio updates
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the Hines platform to ensure seamless information flow
- Support broader Investor Relations initiatives to improve client engagement and efficiency
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of related experience in institutional real estate, investment management, investor relations, financial analysis or legal roles
- Demonstrated analytical ability and strong problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to build productive, long‑term internal and external relationships
- Hands‑on approach with ownership of issues and effective resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience with real estate concepts, investment structures, and institutional investment vehicles (preferred)
- Fluent in German
