Consultant – Senior Consultant, HR Apps – Oracle HCM

Overview

As an Oracle HCM Cloud practitioner, you will deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for diverse clients, blending technical configuration with business insight. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, expectations, and stakeholder relationships while contributing to growth through sales-ready materials and credible, market-facing guidance. You will lead and coach multidisciplinary teams, shaping HR cloud implementations that drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud solutions/modules
• Manage risks and client expectations
• Build relationships across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte lines
• Challenge clients to think commercially from an organizational perspective
• Identify sales opportunities and develop bid/marketing materials
• Offer strong recommendations on HCM apps and demonstrate market expertise
• Work in diverse teams within an inclusive culture and support junior members
• For Managers: lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud projects and provide cross-border leadership
• Provide thought leadership and manage multidisciplinary teams across Europe
• Develop team capability and act as a people leader internally

Key requirements

• Specialist functional knowledge of at least one Oracle HCM Cloud module – end-to-end
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration
• SC Security clearance or eligibility
• Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships
• Influencing, coaching, and advising capabilities
• Clear communication of viewpoints
• Broad knowledge of HR processes and module-specific business processes
• Excellent written and oral communication, including meetings, workshops, and client reports
• Desirable: track record managing work streams in consulting, advising on business cases and roadmaps
• Desirable: experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll, Recruiting Cloud, and Workforce Compensation
• Desirable: experience with GenAI solutions
• Desirable: project commercials understanding and budget management
• Desirable: at least one full Oracle Cloud or equivalent certification
