As Electrical Site Manager, you will lead on-site electrical activities for a 65m commercial and mixed-use project in Shepherds Bush, ensuring safety, programme, and quality. You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver installations in line with design intent and standards. Responsibilities

• Manage on-site electrical activities for a 65m development in Shepherds Bush
• Supervise electrical teams and specialist subcontractors (containment, cabling, LV, lighting)
• Ensure works align with drawings, specs, and programme milestones
• Monitor progress and coordinate works to meet schedules
• Promote and enforce health & safety across electrical activities
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and ensure policy/regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other trades to resolve sequencing issues
• Maintain quality control and ensure installations meet standards
• Assist in method statements and risk assessments
• Maintain site records (daily reports, updates, QA docs)
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
