Overview
In this role you will help clients understand and manage cyber risk within business and technology change. You will work in a market-leading cyber practice, collaborating with cross-functional experts to translate strategy into measurable transformation programmes. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality analyses, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality analysis and client outputs across cyber strategy, transformation, and governance.
- Break down complex problems, gather evidence, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders through interviews and workshops, communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Own defined activities and deliverables; coordinate workstreams and support junior colleagues at Senior Consultant level.
- Collaborate with SMEs, technology teams, and industry experts to bring appropriate expertise to client challenges.
- Contribute to proposals, research, and thought leadership; develop new propositions and expand domain knowledge.
- Leverage technology, data, and AI to improve analysis, delivery, and outcomes for clients.
Key requirements
- Cyber experience with awareness of core areas and ability to link cyber risk to business priorities.
- Understanding of cyber security concepts and how risk informs technology decisions.
- Experience analyzing information and producing clear, structured outputs and recommendations.
- Familiarity with at least one recognised cyber security framework, standard, or regulatory requirement (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF, CRI, NIS2).
- Problem solving, structured thinking and ability to handle unfamiliar or ambiguous problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including client reports and presentations.
- Client collaboration skills with stakeholder management.
- Delivery discipline: organization, prioritisation, and deadline management within a project team.
- Teamwork, collaborative approach, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
