Programme Lead (Value & Delivery) – Enterprise AI

Overview

In this role you lead the value realisation for WPP’s Enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring AI investments translate into measurable business outcomes and sustainable benefits. You bridge delivery with impact, driving adoption at scale and presenting evidence-based results to senior leaders. You shape investment decisions, manage an enterprise adoption framework, and guide a small specialist team to sustain long-term value beyond go-live. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI into ways of working and scale the initiative across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own value realisation for the Enterprise AI portfolio and ensure measurable ROI
• Develop and maintain business cases, benefits frameworks, adoption metrics, and executive reporting
• Lead post-implementation adoption and long-term sustainability of AI solutions
• Transition the opportunity pipeline into in-house ownership and prioritise demand
• Define and implement an enterprise-wide adoption and measurement framework with baselines and KPIs
• Lead the Frontier Lab to evaluate AI products and translate market developments into business recommendations
• Manage the AI Hub demand funnel and prioritise opportunities while leveraging existing capabilities
• Define operating model for Enterprise AI to scale business-as-usual
• Represent adoption and outcomes at steering committees and leadership forums
• Lead a small specialist team focused on value tracking, adoption measurement, and operational excellence
• Partner with delivery, governance and stakeholders for a consistent evidence-led approach to Enterprise AI

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, value realisation, program delivery or business change in large global organisations
• Proven track record owning business cases, benefits frameworks and post-implementation value measurement
• Experience transitioning programmes from outsourced to in-house ownership
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to build and defend investment cases
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across Finance, Shared Services, Tax or Transformation
• Ability to influence senior levels while remaining effective with operational teams
• Excellent analytical capability with ability to challenge assumptions and outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communications to create executive-ready materials
• Experience leading distributed teams in complex stakeholder environments
