Site Manager – Residential – Oxford

Overview

In this role you will oversee upcoming new-build residential projects around Oxford, guiding sites from inception to completion within a luxury town-house portfolio. You will work closely with Senior Site/Project Managers to ensure smooth handovers and maintain momentum on a strong pipeline of work. The position offers progression opportunities as you contribute to multiple developments with a reputable Oxfordshire developer. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of on-site delivery. You will shape the execution of traditional-build luxury homes and drive quality and timelines on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development from inception to completion on site
• Collaborate with Senior Site/Project Managers to coordinate on-site activities
• Manage on-site processes leading to handovers
• Contribute to a strong project pipeline and delivery of luxury town-house developments
• Support site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance

Key requirements

• Experience with residential developers on traditional build schemes focusing on luxury town houses
• CSCS Card
