Finance Manager

Overview

You will lead the Procured Services finance function within a newly established onshore Global Finance Services team, driving transformation of financial reporting and process excellence. Partner with operational and finance stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and insightful analysis. You will manage both onshore and offshore accountants, standardise processes, and support business reviews. This is a high-visibility role with senior leadership exposure and a clear transformation agenda. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of onshore and offshore Financial Accountants
• Drive an efficient month-end close across multiple revenue and cost streams
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting and forecasting support
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure policy/compliance adherence
• Manage aged balance sheet items (WIP, debtors, accruals, prepayments)
• Partner with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
• Support business reviews and customer reporting with senior finance stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement and standardisation across finance processes
• Build strong relationships across finance and operations

Key requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Experience in a complex large corporate
• Strong financial reporting and control background
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Commercial mindset with insightful analysis beyond numbers
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements
• Ability to work with ambiguity and complex data sets
