Responsibilities
- Manage commercial contracts, procurement and negotiations in an NEC environment
- Prepare estimates from early-stage projections to detailed cost breakdowns
- Lead post-contract commercial activities including payments, cost assessments and contract changes
- Support contractors with transparent, data-driven cost information
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize contract performance
- Provide data-driven cost management insights to support key decisions
Key requirements
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Possession or pursuit of chartered status
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and cost management best practices
