Audit Manager/Senior Manager

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of charity and NFP clients, guiding audit and accounting deliverables. You will collaborate with Directors and clients to plan assignments, supervise audit teams, and ensure timely preparation of statutory accounts. You’ll provide technical guidance and resolve complex queries, while developing junior colleagues. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of charity and NFP sector clients
• Liaise with Directors/Partners and clients on upcoming assignments
• Brief and supervise audit teams; review work
• Review statutory (and other) accounts and coordinate their preparation and issue
• Provide technical guidance to staff and resolve technical queries when requested by clients

Key requirements

• Experience managing a portfolio of clients, preferably in charities, NFP, or education sectors
• Passion for supporting charity and NFP clients
• Professional communication style with a warm, friendly approach
• ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent
• Enjoy developing more junior team members and building rapport with colleagues and clients
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while remaining calm and focused
