Overview
In this role, you will lead a site’s operations to meet demand while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll drive a culture of safety, oversee productivity initiatives, and manage cross-functional projects to streamline processes. You’ll monitor shift performance and partner with senior colleagues to standardise practices across the site. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the heart of our logistics network, where your leadership shapes customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safety- and wellbeing-focused culture across the site
- Analyse and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity
- Oversee process-improvement projects to increase efficiency and service quality
- Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
- Collaborate with management to standardise shift practices
Key requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Relevant people management experience
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence decisions
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
