Overview
As FP&A Manager you will partner with HQ profit centres to sharpen financial insight and forecasting. You’ll evolve reporting outputs to be clear across the business and support management intervention. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships and increase executive confidence in forecasts and performance. This role sits at the heart of finance, shaping decisions and driving the company’s ongoing legacy in Britain’s built heritage.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate FP&A outputs and management information for decision making
- Continuously improve reporting to deliver key, easily understood insights for non-finance users
- Develop strong business partnerships with key stakeholders and enhance financial ownership of performance
- Strengthen Executive Board confidence in reporting and forecast integrity
- Demonstrate finance value through insightful management information to raise the function’s impact
Key requirements
- Excel skills with modelling development
- Experience of change implementation and understanding of ‘what good looks like’
- Proven track record of business partnering with non-finance functions
- Strong communicator, collaborator and attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes and prioritise to meet month-end deadlines
- Accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
