In this high‑impact role, you will be the strategic advisor to PepsiCo UKI’s Commercial VP and Sales Leadership, shaping long‑term plans and the commercial narrative with top customers. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial VP and Sales Leadership Team to tackle complex commercial questions
- Lead long‑term and short‑term planning (growth outlook, sub‑channel strategy, annual operating plan)
- Own and communicate PepsiCo’s commercial narrative (category strategy, customer narratives, growth story)
- Drive end‑to‑end priority initiatives from diagnosis to delivery and measurement
- Oversee governance, portfolio management, and integrated roadmaps with milestones and risks
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams to achieve tangible commercial outcomes
- Develop strategic storylines for internal and external forums
- Act as chief of staff to the VP of Sales, managing high‑priority requests with precision
- Maintain external awareness of consumer trends, competition, and macro factors
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in top‑tier strategy consulting or FMCG in‑house strategy/commercial excellence
- Strong commercial and strategic judgment
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders (Director/VP+ level)
- Outstanding analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive‑level presentation ability
- Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional agendas autonomously in a matrixed organization
