Agile Junior Delivery Manager, Defence and Security

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology and transformation programmes for Defence & Security clients. You’ll lead agile delivery across multiple phases, balancing scope and risk while engaging diverse stakeholders. You’ll work within the Technology Programme Delivery team to shape solutions, improve delivery effectiveness, and support secure, high-impact outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech and transformation programmes using agile methods
• Structure, assure, manage, and deliver solutions across project lifecycles
• Maintain control of scope and risk with clear stakeholder communication
• Operate in challenging environments and across multiple programme phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on value and outcomes

Key requirements

• Hold UK security clearance to Developed Vetting level
• Experience with traditional, hybrid and Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
• Track record of managing scope in challenging environments
• Involvement in multiple phases of complex technical/transformation projects and programme delivery
