Overview
In this role you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects within a growing Midlands group. You will work as part of a team delivering multi-utilities work and supporting major utility providers. You will contribute to budgeting, cost control, procurement and stakeholder engagement to drive project success. Responsibilities
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of civil engineering projects
- Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flows
- Support procurement and subcontractor management
- Ensure alignment with multi-utilities frameworks with Severn Trent and National Grid
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery
Key requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
