Overview

In this London-based Senior FF&E Designer role you lead FF&E delivery within the interior design sector for luxury hotel, F&B, and spa projects from concept through completion. You will partner with the FF&E Associate to drive design delivery, mentor designers, and coordinate with clients and external teams. You’ll develop project visions with Directors and Associates and translate direction into high-quality design outputs. The role combines creative leadership, technical oversight, and proactive communication to shape studio output and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FF&E delivery across multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and communicate creative project visions with Directors and Associates to design teams
  • Provide design and technical direction, coordinating with interior design teams throughout project stages
  • Oversee presentations, drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documentation
  • Coordinate communications with clients, operators, consultants and contractors
  • Delegate work, mentor designers, and maintain productive studio environment
  • Monitor programme, budgets and contract deliverables, flagging issues timely

Key requirements

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in design and design project management
  • Experience delivering high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel developments from conception to completion
  • Strong knowledge of interior architecture, interior design, furniture design and product design principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and consultant coordination
  • Ability to work independently and lead wider project teams
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Specwriter
