You will handle your own caseload, draft contracts and related documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload across commercial and residential property transactions
- Draft contracts, letters and property-related documents
- Meet clients, take instructions and provide high-level service
- Supervise junior paralegals and legal assistants, reviewing their work
- Stay updated on property law developments and ensure compliance
Key requirements
- Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent (Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor/Lawyer)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential or commercial conveyancing
- Experience managing a large caseload under pressure
- Experience handling a range of property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership)
- Bachelor’s degree
