Overview

In this role you will manage a focused caseload of residential property transactions, with some commercial work, within a Lexcel-accredited firm. You will own files from instruction to completion and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused practice. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Handle a portion of commercial property matters as needed
• Take ownership of files and progress matters confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain client relationships

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in residential property matters
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Solid communication and excellent organizational skills
