Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory

Overview

In this role you will help clients rethink how their buildings support organizational strategy, using data-led analysis to shape estate decisions. You will work with senior leaders across sectors to translate complex real estate challenges into viable investment and change plans. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, develop business cases, and nurture opportunities through proactive stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and tailor real estate solutions
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis (feasibility studies) to back business cases and estate solutions
• Provide expert advice on current real estate trends and sector insights
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prepare proposals

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience in a consultancy and/or client-side environment
• In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry
• Proven experience authoring strategic documents such as Business Cases and Estate Strategies
• Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model
• Experience in at least one of Defence / Local Government / Central Government / Healthcare / Education / Commercial sectors and understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procurement
