Overview
In this role you will define and own the TAS product strategy, leading a cross-functional Product Group to incubate, build and manage a portfolio that delivers commercial and client value. You will champion AI-driven product discovery and delivery, aligning initiatives with business priorities and senior stakeholders. You’ll shape governance, processes and a high-performing team to drive end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing management. This is a strategic leadership role that blends technology, AI and business impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall product strategy and roadmap for TAS
- Lead and develop the Product Group (product managers, business analysts, operations)
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from incubation to launch and ongoing management
- Establish structured intake and prioritisation for new ideas in collaboration with the consulting business
- Partner with business leadership, technology and client-facing teams to ensure products solve real problems and are adopted
- Champion practical AI use across discovery, delivery and operations
- Own product performance reporting and decide on scaling, pivoting or retiring
- Oversee product operations and governance across the portfolio and represent the group at senior leadership level
Key requirements
- Significant experience leading a product function or product group
- Track record of taking products from incubation through scale with commercial and adoption outcomes
- Experience leading and developing teams of product managers, business analysts and/or operations professionals
- Strong digital strategy experience translating business strategy into a product/digital roadmap
- Practical understanding of AI applications in product delivery and operations with strong stakeholder management at senior level
- 10+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy or related leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong grounding in modern product management practices (discovery, prioritisation, agile delivery)
- Working familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their practical application in product delivery and business operations
- Strong analytical and business-case skills with comfort operating in ambiguity
