Senior Video Editor

Overview

In this Senior Video Editor role at LADbible Group you will shape branded content for online audiences, delivering high-quality edits and managing workflows across projects. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain brand-aligned output and support the edit team with guidance on technical issues. You’ll inject motion graphics, color grade, and sound mastery to produce polished content that meets broadcast and social standards. This position offers creative impact within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit branded content to a high standard using Adobe Premiere across commercial, social and marketing projects
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects within LADbible Video Team workflows
• Perform animation and motion graphics tasks at a high level
• Assist the edit team with daily operations, enforce workflows, and mentor editors
• Color correction and grading to meet broadcast/social standards
• Source audio tracks and perform sound mixing/mastering
• Assist Traffic Manager with edit workflow management and maintenance
• Provide ad-hoc shoot support (DIT) and assist with kit management when needed
• Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and channel tone

Key requirements

• Minimum 5+ years editing experience in branded content and social media
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
• High proficiency in color grading using Adobe Premiere
• High proficiency in sound mixing and mastering
• High proficiency in Photoshop
• Demonstrated initiative, problem solving and creativity
