Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you drive agile delivery for client engagements, leading multi-disciplinary teams on-site to deliver products and services. You’ll facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team focus on priorities while fostering continuous improvement. You’ll coach colleagues in agile and lean practices and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. This position offers growth into a leadership role with opportunities to shape delivery across client projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain motivated on-site teams and ensure effective collaboration
• Identify and remove obstacles to progress
• Facilitate and track team risks and dependencies
• Help the team prioritize to deliver the product or service
• Encourage continuous improvement of the delivery team
• Coach and mentor team members in agile/lean tools and techniques
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
