Commercial Counsel

Overview

In this role, you will serve as a legal business partner to Wiz’s revenue teams in EMEA, translating legal concepts into actionable guidance. You’ll draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, prioritizing speed and business impact. You’ll collaborate across teams to solve problems from the customer and internal client perspectives, while continuously improving templates and processes. This position offers a opportunity to support rapid growth in a data privacy‑focused environment at a fast-paced, collaborative company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a legal business partner to revenue teams in EMEA, translating legal concepts for business teams
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of agreements
• Advise on contract interpretation to accelerate velocity
• Understand customer and internal requests to address issues from their perspective
• Triage high workflow volumes and deliver results efficiently
• Improve agreement templates and legal processes
• Ensure agreements comply with company policies and risk tolerance

Key requirements

• Admitted to the bar or authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one European country
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume contracts (SaaS, professional services, partner agreements, NDAs)
• Strong communication in English and either French or German (written and verbal)
