Responsibilities

• oversee refurbishment, structural alterations, extensions and basement works on sites in Central London
• lead on-site safety, quality, and compliance
• manage project paperwork and documentation
• coordinate and lead site teams, trade contractors and subcontractors
• maintain strong client-facing communication and relationship management
• monitor progress, schedule, and budget constraints
• ensure high standards of workmanship and handover readiness
