Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of water, wastewater and flood projects with multi-disciplinary teams
- Manage key work packages from concept to handover interfacing with clients and suppliers
- Collaborate with clients and partners to secure buy-in for solutions and expand technical capabilities
- Perform line management tasks and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the design lifecycle from feasibility to detailed design and delivery
Key requirements
- Experience delivering water and wastewater engineering projects with multi-disciplinary scope
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary design teams
- Background with water company, consultancy or contractor in a similar role
- Hands-on design experience for complex wastewater treatment solutions
- Degree or equivalent in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical engineering; Chartered or Incorporated status or working towards it
- Experience in feasibility studies, options appraisal and design for water clients and design-build projects
