Manager, Sr. Program Management

Overview

In this role you will lead a global team to ensure on-time product delivery, optimize capacity and lead times, and minimize inventory while partnering with customers and suppliers. You will guide cross-functional program management across product development, manufacturing, and procurement to meet commitments and improve processes. You’ll own KPIs for schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Project Managers
• Set clear goals and development plans; guide planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Build partnerships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to enable program execution
• Drive continuous improvement of Product Development Processes and governance
• Lead cross-functional teams through New Product Development of Hyperscale Power
• Support RFQ preparation and program development proposals
• Plan and manage schedules and resources to deliver on time and within budget
• Manage scope changes and financial target changes with action recommendations
• Own project KPIs: schedule, cost, quality, compliance, customer satisfaction
• Provide direction on risk mitigation, escalations, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement for material readiness and mass production readiness
• Prepare reports for customers, senior management, and internal stakeholders
• Document all project aspects and capture lessons learned to drive improvement
