Overview
In this Manager role, you support HR Due Diligence across high-profile M&A transactions, delivering analyses and reports to uncover HR cost implications and stand-alone costs. You collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to provide end-to-end HR insights and contribute to service offerings and client development. The role offers exposure to global transactions, a materials-focused environment, and opportunities to mentor others, shaping HR perspectives across industries.

Responsibilities
- Analyze HR-related financial implications and feed into QofE and Net Debt adjustments
- Review others’ analyses to validate conclusions and rectify issues
- Join calls/meetings to assess future HR operations, carve-out impacts, and stand-alone costs
- Draft and review HR Due Diligence reports with tables/charts and key messages
- Coordinate with Transaction Services, Technology & Transformation, Tax & Legal for end-to-end deal services
- Collaborate with Deloitte member firms to provide a holistic view of HR in relevant countries
- Support client relationship management and business development
- Contribute to development of service offerings, tools, templates, and propositions
- Mentor/train team members and participate in role-appropriate training
Key requirements
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities including advanced Excel
- Understanding of HR cost components (salary increases, bonuses, share plans, pensions, benefits)
- Experience analyzing financial statements related to employee costs
- Good organizational and administrative skills and prioritization
- Fluent communication and presentation in English
