Hospitality Enterprise Applications Manager (Oracle OPERA)

Overview

As Hospitality Enterprise Applications Manager, you will be the technical authority for Oracle Hospitality solutions across a global portfolio of hotels and restaurants. You will lead delivery, optimisation, migrations, and integrations of Oracle OPERA, OHIP, OPI Cloud, and Oracle Simphony, ensuring secure, scalable operations. You will audit OPERA deployments, manage interface migrations with POS, payments, and finance systems, and collaborate with engineering and security teams. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and optimisation of Oracle Hospitality solutions (OPERA PMS, OHIP, OPI Cloud, Simphony)
• Conduct OPERA audits and oversee interface migrations
• Manage integrations across PMS, POS, payments and finance systems
• Collaborate with internal engineering and security teams to ensure security and scalability
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for hospitality platforms

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Hospitality in live hotel environments
• Proficiency with Oracle OPERA PMS administration and support
• Experience with OHIP and OPI Cloud migrations and integrations
• Experience with Oracle Simphony configuration
• Hospitality system integrations across PMS, POS, payments and finance platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills
