Overview
In this role you will contribute to ESG/E&S/H&S due diligence and advisory work for infrastructure assets, collaborating with specialists to identify risks and opportunities. You will review asset data and performance information to understand key risks and support risk reduction. The role offers opportunities to coordinate and produce sections of ESG due diligence reports and to contribute to proposals and new service offerings. This position supports Arup’s mission to deliver meaningful, socially useful work through cross-functional collaboration and expert analysis.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to ESG/E&S/H&S due diligence and advisory work with specialists
- Review asset data, technical reports, and management systems to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with technical/commercial teams to mitigate risks
- Project manage and produce sections of ESG due diligence reports
- Support business development, including proposals and tracking opportunities
- Stay informed on potential opportunities and contribute to new service offerings
Key requirements
- Understanding of ESG sector drivers and regulatory/issues impacts
- Ability to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables (due diligence reports and proposals)
- Degree in a related discipline
- Willingness to work across ESG, E&S and H&S topics
- Experience in one or more relevant areas is beneficial
