As Sales Team Lead, you will drive growth for Hitachi Energy by leading a high-performing team and cultivating strategic relationships with major Utility and EPC customers. You’ll shape account strategies, interpret customer drivers, and push solutions that support a carbon-neutral future. You work cross-functionally to build long-term pipelines and influence decision-makers at board level. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve growth with priority accounts
  • Shape account strategies for key customers and identify business drivers and opportunities
  • Develop senior account relationships and establish market channels based on strategy
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customers’ business models, procurement, and decision-makers
  • Lead conversations at high level and influence stakeholders, including board-level forums
  • Represent the company at industry events and manage opportunity pipelines and forecasts
  • Drive service sales across the portfolio and participate in major contract negotiations

Key requirements

  • Proven senior sales management experience in a related energy environment
  • Experience managing strategic Utility and EPC customer relationships
