Overview
In this role you will own core supply chain metrics, optimize inventory and availability, and lead a high-performing ops team. You will drive seasonal planning to ensure inventory readiness for peak periods and partner with suppliers to improve lead times and costs. You’ll lead cross-functional projects to automate workflows and resolve systemic blockers, shaping efficient, data-driven decision-making across the business. Responsibilities
- Own delivery of core metrics such as availability, waste, and inventory days
- Manage and develop the team through goal setting and performance management
- Execute end-to-end seasonal planning for inventory readiness during peak trading periods
- Partner with suppliers to improve lead times, service levels, and cost efficiencies
- Lead cross-functional projects to automate workflows and resolve supply chain blockers
Key requirements
- 6+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or retail
- Experience in people management and building high-performing teams
- Advanced analytical skills with SQL and data-driven frameworks
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience with large supplier relationships
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across the business
