Director, Alternatives Market Advisory Delivery Lead

Overview

As Director in Operations Transformation, you will lead transformational programs for Alternative Investment and Private Markets clients. You will leverage industry expertise to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations across front, middle, and back-office functions. You will guide senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to thought leadership within the Practice. Responsibilities

• Leverage industry knowledge to become a market expert
• Deliver client engagements that meet or exceed objectives
• Take a leading role on projects and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to proposition development and thought leadership for the practice
• Manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Develop day-to-day project plans and objectives with risk awareness
• Support development of market-leading solutions and offerings

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Alternative Investment and Private Markets
• Knowledge of back and/or middle office capabilities and market trends
• Experience driving change and operating model design for Investment Managers
• Experience in outsourcing and technology in the sector, including asset servicers and tech vendors
• Track record of delivering transformational change in Alternative Investments and Private Markets
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Broad network across Investment Managers, technology providers, and Asset Servicers
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to client stakeholders and manage risk
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and deliver high-impact solutions
