Overview

As Director, you will steer international regional marketing while shaping global enterprise and broker programs. You’ll lead growth across key markets, guiding brand and demand strategies that align with WeWork’s commercial goals. You’ll collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize campaigns, content, and experiences that accelerate pipeline and revenue. This role offers the chance to influence cross-market strategy and drive enterprise-scale impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead regional marketing strategy for International markets to drive awareness, acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
  • Serve as primary marketing lead to International regional leadership ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Plan and execute regional campaigns with localization for performance and relevance
  • Collaborate with global shared services to adapt assets, messaging, and customer experiences
  • Coordinate with regional Sales, Product, Technology, Real Estate, and Community to support pipeline and occupancy goals
  • Become SME on WeWork products, audiences, competitive landscape, and customer needs in International markets
  • Analyze regional performance and insights to optimize strategy and identify growth opportunities
  • Define and report key performance metrics and ROI to regional leadership
  • Manage regional marketing budget and P&L
  • Partner with global digital teams to optimize SEO, paid media, lifecycle, and website conversion
  • Lead development and execution of global enterprise and broker marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Own and scale ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts with Enterprise Sales
  • Define account prioritization and go-to-market approaches with Sales Operations and leadership
  • Develop global broker marketing programs to strengthen broker relationships and drive broker-sourced pipeline
  • Create integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and field marketing
  • Align marketing with sales enablement and revenue goals
  • Measure enterprise and broker marketing performance including engagement, pipeline influence, ROI
  • Collaborate with Communications, PR, Brand, and Content to support messaging and narratives
  • Lead content and thought leadership strategy for enterprise and broker audiences globally
  • Oversee executive content, customer stories, market insights, whitepapers, and industry perspectives
  • Ensure content supports the full customer journey and informs messaging and positioning
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis for messaging and strategic storytelling
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency across brand, communications, digital, and regional marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Real Estate, Revenue Operations, Brand, Finance, and Community teams to support global objectives
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and events to support initiatives
  • Foster collaboration across global and regional marketing teams for alignment and execution

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with background in regional, enterprise, field, ABM, growth, or demand generation
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise marketing and strategic account-based marketing programs
  • Experience partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer journeys, B2B marketing strategy, and integrated campaigns
  • Experience marketing to enterprise, commercial real estate, workplace, SaaS, technology, or professional services audiences preferred
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools such as Tableau
  • Fluency with data and analytics
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with cross-functional and executive influence
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing complex initiatives across regions
