Overview

As Warfighting Systems Analyst, you translate customer needs into system architecture and mission outcomes using modeling, simulation, and wargaming. You will help train customers, inform product iterations, and uncover what customers require to ensure Anduril delivers the right capabilities. You join an agile team building a UAE simulation center, serving multiple domains with high-end simulations. Your work shapes tactics, system interactions, and the value delivered through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis (M&S), including wargaming and experimentation using MissionSim
• Create scenarios aligned with customer needs to illustrate capability delivery
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensors, communications, navigation, and C2 affect mission outcomes
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission-level analyses to test autonomous system capabilities
• Develop physics-based models with red/blue force representations and operational scenarios
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, dependencies, risks, and mission impacts
• Ensure analyses address real operational problems and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate value through data-driven analysis

Key requirements

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance
• 3+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, systems engineering, or related technical-operational discipline
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
• Modeling and simulation experience for military missions; familiarity with adversary and friendly tactics
• Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
• Ability to connect performance, architecture, and design to mission outcomes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
