Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex AI and data science projects with high-quality, ethical outcomes
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with government partners and technical stakeholders
• Develop compelling proposals and respond to RFPs to unlock new AI use cases
• Coordinate sector strategies with project milestones and evolving safety needs
• Bridge technical AI research and strategic mission challenges, translating concepts for non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior team members and project associates to foster technical excellence and growth

Key requirements

• Solid foundation in the National Security domain
• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex lifecycles
• Effective communicator capable of translating AI concepts for senior stakeholders
• Structured problem-solver able to operate in ambiguity with scientific rigor
• Proven track record of supporting commercial growth and client onboarding
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset capable of rapid adaptation
• Willingness to be DV-cleared and work on site with government clients (as applicable)
