In this Manager role, you lead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud delivery for transformation programmes, shaping design and configuration to meet client needs. You will work with a cross-functional team to translate requirements into practical solutions, manage risks, and drive successful delivery. You’ll liaise with senior stakeholders, contribute to business development, and mentor junior consultants. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud workstreams including scope, timelines, budget, and quality
• Lead design and delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions with ownership of modules/workstreams
• Translate client requirements into solution designs, configurations, and delivery plans
• Manage risks, issues and client expectations proactively
• Lead and coach workstream teams and coordinate with client counterparts
• Advise clients on Oracle SCM Cloud design and delivery using practical experience
• Collaborate across Technology & Transformation and other Deloitte teams for integrated outcomes
• Support business development through proposals, materials, and demonstrations
• Contribute to inclusive culture and mentor junior consultants
• Assist in capability-building activities and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Strong experience delivering Oracle SCM Cloud implementations
• Functional knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Order Management, Pricing, CPQ, Subscriptions within Oracle Transformation programmes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle AI capabilities (Agentic Applications, AI Agent Studio, GenAI)
• Client-facing experience with stakeholders and delivery teams
• Understanding of SDLC as applied to Oracle SCM modules/workstreams
• Experience controlling scope and managing risks in Oracle SCM implementations
• Practical delivery experience with at least one delivery methodology (Activate, Waterfall, Agile)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• Strong teamwork, coaching, and collaboration abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel
• UK security clearance or eligibility to obtain it
• Desirable: experience leading a consulting/systems implementation workstream
• Desirable: expertise in PLM, CPQ, Subscriptions, Field Service, Manufacturing, or Logistics within Oracle SCM Cloud
• Desirable: GenAI or agent-based AI tools usage in business/consulting contexts
• Desirable: understanding of project commercials and budgets
• Desirable: awareness of Oracle’s strategy in supply chain transformation
• Desirable: at least one full Oracle Cloud certification
