Client Success Associate – German Speaking

Overview

In this role you partner with Gartner’s clients to ensure they realize value from their subscription, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You will manage relationships across roles and functions, surface business priorities, and propose action plans that drive ROI. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles and maximize delivered value. You’ll conduct regular reviews of client engagement and usage, contributing to satisfaction, retention, and growth. This position sits at the intersection of client success, advisory services, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-evolving AI-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with diverse client stakeholders to drive adoption and growth
• Onboard new clients and articulate Gartner services and value to decision makers
• Facilitate client conversations, identify priorities, and recommend action plans that maximize ROI
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to remove barriers and increase client value
• Conduct regular reviews of the client book of business and key engagement metrics

Key requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• 6+ months of relevant professional or internship experience
• Proven track record of delighting clients and driving satisfaction
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
