Senior Family Solicitor – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will lead the launch and growth of a new Bristol office for a premier family law practice. You will work within a high-caliber team handling high-net-worth matters and private family work, shaping culture and mentoring colleagues. You’ll build strong client relationships and drive business development during an exciting growth phase. This is a client-focused, impact-rich leadership position with real scope to leave a mark in a specialist field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and operation of a new Bristol office
• Manage high-net-worth family matters including finances, divorce, mediation, civil partnerships, nuptial agreements and private children cases
• Mentor junior lawyers and develop talent
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and reputation
• Drive business development and contribute to the growth strategy of the office
• Shape team culture and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment during expansion

Key requirements

• 8+ years of experience in family law
• Proven ability to mentor junior lawyers
• Strong client relationship management skills
