Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a new high-end residential development in Richmond, coordinating all phases to deliver 75 luxury houses over a three-year timeline. You will work closely with the Project Director and cross-functional teams to maintain schedule, manage costs, and resolve issues in line with company policy. The position emphasizes on-site leadership, quality finishes, and effective subcontractor collaboration to sustain project momentum and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Run all aspects of the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Manage costings and financial performance of the project
• Maintain project schedule and milestones
• Address issues promptly per company policy with appropriate outcomes
• Report and resolve problems with subcontractors in a timely manner

Key requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager on a large residential development
