Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters for clients (UK and international)
• Apply technical tax knowledge to deliver practical solutions aligned with client objectives
• Advise on corporate tax in transactional and/or advisory contexts
• Work on a mix of advisory and transactional engagements
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in corporate tax
• Strong technical abilities with understanding of UK and international tax rules
• Broad corporate tax expertise or specialist focus (e.g., real estate or funds)
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, organised with ability to manage own caseload
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills
