Success Manager / Programme Lead

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end program success, aligning multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on scope, schedule, budget, and measurable value. You act as the main accountable owner, steering governance and securing adoption and ROI for digital initiatives. You’ll work with product, engineering, design, QA, and operations to realize benefits and report progress to executives. This is a chance to shape delivery practices and ensure value realization across complex programs in a global technology services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program roadmap, milestones, dependencies and KPIs
• Set up and run governance (SteerCo/PMO) with cadence: status, risks, decisions, change control
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, QA, and operations
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage expectations and escalations
• Ensure benefits realization: adoption, NPS/CSAT, usage analytics, ROI tracking
• Implement risk/issue management with mitigations and contingency plans
• Oversee budget, vendor contracts and resource planning
• Promote best practices in delivery (Agile/Hybrid), compliance, and quality

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or PMP/Prince2 preferred
• Strong program leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Hybrid delivery, PMO governance, risk & financial management
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting
• 8–12+ years leading multi-workstream programs in digital/technology initiatives
