Responsibilities

• Defend complex, high-value cyber and property insurance claims
• Advise on cyber and sector-based insurance matters
• Handle high-profile cases involving Covid-19, terrorism, and natural disaster-related insurance issues
• Collaborate with senior partners to manage claims strategy and client relationships
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Contribute to business development and client pitches for insurance litigation services

Key requirements

• Solicitor with at least 7 PQE in defending complex, high-value claims
• Essential experience in cyber and property insurance
• Desirable experience in terrorism-related insurance matters
• Ability to work in a top-tier insurance litigation practice
